Souhrn apod.:	The thesis deals with issues of serving the prison term, particularly negative effects, which can influence the person convicted in prison. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the process of reintegration from serving the prison term until consequent integration into society and to find out the method how to prevent those negative effects of the prison environment. The thesis also describes terms such as socialization, social rehabilitation, penology and penitentiary. The main specialized literatures used throughout the thesis are scientific sources of The Institute of Education of the Prison Service of The Czech Republic. The most important chapters of this bachelor thesis, named Restorative judiciary and Alternative punishments, react to current necessity to solve the situation of release prisoners.
